Sentinel served as Construction Manager at Risk for this approximately 5,000 SF renovation, transforming an existing warehouse into a state-of-the-art brewery. The project required selective structural demolition and the installation of new infrastructure to support the complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems essential to brewing operations. Sentinel’s proactive coordination and construction management ensured a seamless conversion of the industrial space into a modern, fully equipped production facility.
