Sentinel served as Construction Manager at Risk for Seneca Resources’ 42,000 SF renovation, completed through multiple phases to align with the company’s ongoing growth and operational needs. The phased approach allowed Seneca to remain fully functional throughout construction. Sentinel collaborated closely with the design and ownership teams to identify and retain select elements of the existing space, integrating them seamlessly into the new design—ultimately enhancing efficiency and reducing overall project costs.
