Sentinel served as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of a new 311-space structured parking garage at AHN’s Wexford Health and Wellness Pavilion. The facility features a distinctive exterior facade designed to comply with Township zoning requirements while complementing the surrounding medical campus architecture.
During reconstruction, Sentinel led an extensive value engineering effort that optimized every major system to meet both budget and performance goals. Strategic pre-planning and coordination allowed construction to proceed efficiently, ensuring seamless integration with the adjacent hospital operations and site logistics.
Despite an accelerated schedule, Sentinel delivered the project under budget and two weeks ahead of schedule, demonstrating the company’s commitment to precision planning, collaboration, and execution excellence.
