As a founding Partner of Sentinel Construction, Michael Pfeifer has been instrumental in the company’s success since its inception. With over 25 years of experience and a background in structural engineering, Michael has managed more than $2 billion in construction projects across healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

His experience includes directing the construction of a $650 million LEED Silver Children’s Hospital, a $260 million LEED Silver Hospital, several outpatient medical and surgery centers, and completing $100 million in healthcare renovations within active facilities. He has also led the development and construction of over 600,000 SF of office space and 500 residential apartment units.

Michael holds a B.S. in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). Known for his technical expertise and collaborative leadership, Michael continues to help drive Sentinel’s reputation for quality and innovation.
