Sentinel transformed a former big-box retail building into a state-of-the-art, 69,700-square-foot medical office facility that now serves as the new home for Allegheny Health Network’s Center for Reproductive Medicine.
The project scope included the addition of advanced medical infrastructure such as operating rooms, specialized laboratory spaces, and a wide range of outpatient services. These include imaging suites equipped for MRI, CT, mammography, and multiple X-ray rooms—designed to support AHN’s commitment to comprehensive patient care and clinical excellence.
Completed in December 2022, this $23 million renovation demonstrates Sentinel’s ability to deliver complex healthcare environments through seamless coordination, technical precision, and collaboration between the owner, developer, and design team.
