Sentinel served as Construction Manager at Risk for the complete renovation of a 150,000-square-foot open-concept office located within the Westinghouse Campus in Cranberry Township. The project transformed the space into a modern corporate headquarters for one of Emerson’s North American business units.
The project involved a full interior gut and rebuild, delivering all new clean, modern finishes throughout. The revitalized headquarters features client-focused training labs, multiple meeting areas, a corporate boardroom, kitchenettes, coffee bars, and open collaboration zones—each designed to foster innovation, efficiency, and team connectivity.
Design elements include open ceilings, polished concrete floors, and glass demountable partitions that maximize natural light and create an open, inviting atmosphere.
