The Medical Neighborhood brings a range of integrated healthcare services together, including physician offices, a physical therapy suite, and a fully equipped MRI/imaging suite—creating a convenient and comprehensive care destination for the community.
When the initial concept design came in significantly over budget, Sentinel led a proactive, collaborative effort to realign the project scope and cost. Working closely with the design team, Sentinel conducted detailed reviews of every major discipline and implemented a continuous estimating process throughout preconstruction.
