Sentinel served as Construction Manager at Risk for the complete renovation of a 22,000-square-foot former big box retail space into a modern medical neighborhood for Heritage Valley Health System. The project included a full interior demolition and rebuild to create four Family Practice Suites, a Mammography Suite, Phlebotomy Suite, X-ray/Imaging Suite, and a Mobile MRI dock, along with associated support spaces.
The challenge was clear: deliver a $4.25 million medical office build-out in just three months. Sentinel immediately mobilized the team, holding an all-hands coordination meeting within three days of award. Working collaboratively with all major subcontractors, the team developed an integrated, fully coordinated schedule with shared accountability. Through push/pull planning and proactive management of long-lead materials and submittals, Sentinel ensured every detail was aligned from day one.
The result was a successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery that met an exceptionally aggressive timeline—demonstrating Sentinel’s ability to execute complex healthcare projects with speed, precision, and teamwork.
